MAFS' Melissa Rawson shares 'heartbreaking' childcare drop off experience in emotional video
Married At First Sight's Melissa Rawson is sharing the reality of mother's guilt in a vulnerable post about childcare.
Liss shared a throwback video of herself crying in her car after dropping her and husband Bryce Ruthven's twin sons Levi and Tate, three, at daycare.

"I don't know who it's harder on, Levi or myself," she cried, recounting how one of the twins was not taking to childcare well.
"I don't often feel like a s--tty mum. I know I'm doing my best and I know this is the best thing for him, and I have to go back to work," she continued.
Liss said Levi "screaming 'mum, mum'" was "heartbreaking".

"And of course I'm the one that breaks down in childcare in front of all the educators. When does it get easier?"
In her caption, Liss clarified that she recorded the video last year during the twins' first week of childcare in Melbourne. But this week, the twins started at a new centre after her family's recent move to the Gold Coast and the feelings were still the same.
"I feel the same way right now as I did last year. Except now that the twins are older, they're more self-aware that I'm gone and don't know when or even if mummy is coming back. It will get easier of course, but it pulls at the mummy heartstrings," Liss wrote.

"In saying that, I'm lucky to be able to have all of this in the first place".
Followers were quick to share words of support over the 'mum guilt'.
"I felt this way everyday with my five year old. He's in school now and I still feel separation anxiety but I know it gets easier. You're a good mum and your boys love you," one follower shared.

"It absolutely does get easier. We put so much pressure on ourselves xx" Liss replied.
"You're doing amazing. It is definitely so hard!! It does get easier, I promise," another shared.
"The fact that you feel this way tells me you aren't a s--tty mum... you are doing the best for them and your family," a third wrote.
