'Wish I was wrong': MAFS' Al Perkins confirms split from TikTok star Hope Kelesis
Married At First Sight's Al Perkins has confirmed his split from TikTok star Hope Kelesis after they began dating in 2023.
The Season 9 groom, 27, debuted his romance with the 19-year-old influencer in February last year.
Al confirmed his "break-up" with the star however in a candid TikTok video this week.

"When you go through a break-up and suddenly every song on radio is about you," Al captioned a clip of himself listening to music in the car.
"Anyone else felt this 🤷🏻♂️," he added.

Al's Love Island 2022 co-star Mitch Elliot, who also recently announced his shock split from girlfriend Phoebe Spiller was one of the first to comment on the video.
"Feels…" wrote Mitch to which Al replied: "Wine is the best therapy 🍷."
"This is so true 😂," one fan added, while another related: "Not wrong".
"Wish I was wrong," said Al.

The reality star went public with his relationship with Hope on Valentines Day last year, sharing a photo of the pair enjoying a romantic drink out together.
Shortly after, Al spoke on podcast Back To Reality about the couple's romance – and sweetly confirmed that Hope was his "first proper girlfriend".
"Obviously, I've been seeing someone and I'm over the moon. I want to respect her privacy, so I don't want to talk about her too much..." he told his then podcast co-host Taku Chimwaza.

"But we met on The Island (a floating club in Sydney) and had an amazing time there, and then we've just been speaking ever since. It wasn't until last week that we did the official hard launch on the Instagram story."

Al added that sadly there had been some negativity from trolls, writing: "You do get a few trolls... the more I post, the angrier they get.

"As of now, I'm the happiest I've ever been. Life was amazing being single, and I said to myself I was going to be single for the next year or two. But it's when you least expect it... it crept up on me. She's an amazing person."
Hope has over 668,000 followers on TikTok, regularly sharing videos of her outfits and clothing hauls.
Prior to his romance with Hope, Al was briefly seeing Jessica Losurdo after meeting her on Love Island Australia in 2022.
However, their romance came to an end shortly after the show due to distance.
Before that, Al was married to Samantha Moitzi on MAFS, but they left the experiment separately after failing to form romantic connection.
