For her second wedding, Lauren kept things chic and simple.
The bride looked stunning in a strapless white gown paired with beautiful pearl earrings and a diamond necklace.
"Putting my life on hold for what turned out to be Eliot was just a disappointment," she said.
But there was one thing brought her back to the experiment: love.
"I mean, everyone wants to find love. I hope it's second time lucky."
Meeting Lauren's elegance, Clint stepped out in a traditional tuxedo.
He completed the look with a black bow tie adding a pop of colour with a boutonnière.
Clint admitted he had the "perfect" life with the "big house" but one thing was missing.
"All my friends around me have kids and young families, they've been married and I'm like, 'Hmm, is this going to happen to me?'"
"It's a real struggle in Tassie to find someone," said the 43 year old.
"I've definitely thought that I might never get married, might never find someone I truly have that connection with."
Clint is hoping to take on the "protector" role in his new relationship.
"That probably comes naturally to me… I think those old-fashioned qualities are often missing nowadays," he shared.
"I'm dedicated to marrying a stranger," said Clint ahead of his big day. "I just want to meet her and start this life together. I'm definitely ready."
While Clint was bursting with optimism, Lauren was not quite feeling the same.
"I'm feeling very apprehensive," she said, thinking back to her tumultuous experience with Eliot.
"I want to believe in love. That's probably the only reason I'm here," she said as she prepared to walk down the aisle for a second time.
"I'm quite nervous," said Clint as he took deep breaths. "My heart was pounding."
"I just need her to be open. If she's open, we can work at something, give it a chance."
The two wed in stunning Sydney Harbour.
"I can't believe I'm about to walk down the aisle a second time around," said Lauren.
"I'm trying to be positive but I don't want to go through it all again to be rejected.
"I'm feeling nauseous."
But then Clint turned around and smiled as he saw his bride.
Lauren's mind was racing however. "I'm trying to be here but what happened with Eliot, it's taken up a lot of my mental capacity."
Clint prepared to say his vows, but after her experience with Eliot, all she could think was "vows don't mean anything to me anymore."
During his vows, Clint said: "Nice to meet you, especially on our wedding day. I'm a professional golfer by trade and turned to business several years ago.
"My friends and family would describe me as very driven, but there's something you should know: I have two kids…"
"Mmm hmm. What kind of breed are they?" Lauren interrupted.
