Lauren and Jonathan's Final Vows

Lauren and Jonathan's relationship has been quite the ride.
After a Wedding Day that can only be described as chaotic, Jono was the calm to Lauren's storm.
And while things got off to an exciting start, Lauren admitted they've always "lacked that passion" and spark.

They faced their biggest challenge at the Final Commitment Ceremony when Jonathan was accused of "cheating" after it was revealed that he was texting former bride Ellie behind Lauren's back.
Then came the Final Dinner Party and things only got worse for Lauren and Jono, when the groom admitted he'd have an "easier" time in the experiment if he'd been matched with any other bride.
Scroll through to see just what Lauren and Jonathan had to say to each other during their explosive Final Vows.
Lauren and Jono were still carrying the scars from their explosive Final Dinner Party.
Things between them were so bad that the pair spend the last morning of the experiment in separate apartments, and went home without a proper goodbye.
"Lauren and I are not in a good place at the moment," Jono told cameras.
"Last night got really ugly."
While Lauren said: "Woke up today feeling shitty, it's making me sick just thinking a bout it."
"I really hoped that Jono was going to be accountable and we could figure out a way around this," she continued.
But Lauren admitted Jono was not accountable to her or the group and things "went up in flames".
"I was just so hurt... I can't believe he was messaging Ellie after Perth Homestays," the bride reflected. "It was such a betrayal, almost the most disloyal person I've ever met in my life."
Lauren admitted there were a lot things that were said that are hard to come back from.
"I've got a really low tolerance for bulls--t at this point."
Having some time to reflect at home, Jono said: "Being apart from Lauren the last fews days has been amazing.
"The further I get away from Lauren, the better I feel."
"I hate that she chose to make me look bad with the messages with Ellie when she knew it was innocent," Jono continued.
For his Final Vows, the groom stepped out in a full black suit, complete with a black tie and button shirt.
"Going all black today seemed to be the vibe, a bit grim," he smirked. "Kind of more funeral-esque than wedding but it seemed appropriate."
Before he met his bride, Jono had one thing left to say: "Final Vows is going to be a horribly awkward experience that I'm not looking forward to at all."
The pair met in a stunning park surrounded by trees and stunning floral displays.
Tension was in the air as they walked up to each other. As Lauren broke the silence with a "Hi", Jono responded: "Are you ready for this?"
"A 'hello' would have been normal," a nervous Lauren laughed.
Jonathan's Final Vows:
"Lauren the first time I met you was one of the best days I've had in years. I turned around to see a beautiful woman with striking blue eyes.
"You were cracking me up before you even made it down the hall and I did develop feelings for you instantly.
"I came into this experiment with a feeling that I was going to be one of the lucky ones who found their forever partner. I couldn't believe it, I kept saying to the experts, 'They've actually done it, they've found my match.'
Jonathan's Final Vows:
"In the following weeks, we had some good days but mostly the days were not enjoyable for either of us and I felt like your walls were up and you didn't want to hear from me.
"I feel like you've viewed everything I did for a negative lens. You would say I wasn't assertive, that was boring and robotic.
"You said in your vows that you would support and respect but I don't really feel like you ever respected me.
Jonathan's Vows:
"I kept trying because I was hopeful. When we went to Perth for Homestays, it was an incredible few days. I felt closer to you than I had since our wedding day.
"I thought from the affection you were showing me that perhaps I was finally breaking down your walls and maybe winning you over. I saw hope and it made me happy.
"The next Commitment Ceremony It was mentioned that I've been messaging Ellie, I didn't think this was an issue. You snatched my phone off me and pretended like the messages with Ellie were flirty, they were not.
"Seeing you so willing to lie like that to make me look bad astonished me. And by lying to the whole group to make me look bad you showed you don't support and it made me deeply upset. This is when I knew you weren't the person for me.
"I do wish you all the best in this crazy journey we call life."
