Exclusive: John Aiken talks Melissa and Bryce's love story and a new expert's arrival in Season 8 of The MAFS Diaries
Relationship expert John Aiken is taking a trip down memory lane as we celebrate 10 epic seasons of Married At First Sight.
This week on The MAFS Diaries John is looking back at Season 8, including the love story between one of the show's most memorable couples Melissa and Bryce.
In the video – which you can watch above – John watched on as the nervous couple saw each other at the end of the aisle for the very first time.
"I love that moment," John beamed. "That moment when someone spins around and they lock eyes on each other... it's so crucial for the entire experiment.
"In Season 8 with Bryce and Melissa, it was intense."

The couple had a rollercoaster ride of a journey, with Bryce getting into a number of altercations with other participants during the fiery season.
"They had this unity which got tested time and time again," John explained.

Despite a rocky road, Bryce and Melissa have proved to be one of the strongest couples to come out of the experiment.
The couple are now officially married and the proud parents of twin boys Levi and Tate.

"What was delightful is that after, they even moved into the next phase of the experiment and had twins," John beamed.
"It just shows you, when you're into a person you can take on the world and survive it. These guys really had each other's backs."
John also spoke about the grand arrival of another beloved expert in Season 8 – certified clinical sexologist Alessandra Rampolla.
