Love Island UK's Liam Reardon reveals how he blew his $50,000 prizemoney in just two years 'trying to live the high life'

Love Island UK star Liam Reardon revealed just how he blew his almost $50,000 prize money in just two years.

Speaking on fellow Love Star alumni Chloe Burrow's podcast Chloe vs The World, Liam – who won Season 7 alongside then girlfriend Millie Court – admitted that he was " trying to live the high life" after his time in the Villa.

When asked by Chloe what he spent his winnings on, Liam replied: "I could not tell you".

Looking back, the 23-year-old guessed he squandered the $50,000 cash on takeaway, taxis and partying.

"It was spent on Deliveroo, taxis, McDonald's – I can't really say where it went too much," Liam said.

The Welsh native admitted that after leaving the Villa in 2021 he had plans to invest his money but never followed through.

"When I came off, I did an interview and they said what's the money going towards and I said my property business," he told Chloe.

"Two years down the line and I still haven't set up no property."

On the podcast, Liam also mentioned he'd returned from a holiday that he insisted he spent "on his own".

Although fans speculate quite the contrary after Liam was pictured on a French cruise with ex Millie Court, sparking rumours of a reunion.

Liam and Millie announced their split in July 2022 after living together for eight months.

But a few signs suggest there is a relationship rekindling on the cards for the Love Island UK winners.

Before the couple were pictured together on a cruise, one eagle-eyed fans spotted Liam's arm tattoo in one of Millie's videos.

"I spied Liam's tattoo," one fan wrote.

"I saw Liam's arm tatt on her story 👀😍," another said.

And fans were sent spiraling weeks earlier when Liam's mum Donna commented three heart emojis one of Millie's recent Instagram posts.

Millie returned the favour by replying with a string of hearts.

Despite the rumours, Liam remained tightlipped on the Chloe's podcast saying numerous times that he was on vacation alone and had "not seen Millie in ages".

But fans weren't buying the story.

"Hahaha the way he in the beginning he kept on saying he went on holiday on HIS OWN. Couldn't make it more obvious that he went on holiday with Millie," one fan commented.

"I love how he kept hinting at how he was 'alone' during his trip… you weren't alone Liam we know," another wrote.
