Dr Nick Coatsworth reveals the biggest health concern for Aussie kids - and how parents can help
EXCLUSIVE: Medical expert Dr Nick Coatsworth says there is one huge factor impacting the health of younger Australians – but the good news is, it's absolutely fixable.

Some scientists believe humans could soon live to 150, but the 46-year-old doctor told 9Entertainment there was one clear health challenge impacting new generations the most.
"Lack of movement, unquestionably, that's the biggest one," Dr Nick said.

He said numbers in kids sport had declined across Australia, leading to a much less active population as they age.
"By the time you get to 15 to 24-year-olds, you've only got about 52 per cent of Australians doing regular sport. For a sporting nation, that is unbelievably low.
"I think if I were a parent watching the show, I'd be going 'OK, if there's one thing I can do apart from taking my kids off devices, that's number one, number two is I have to put in the effort, even though it's really hard, to get my kid to sport."
