Lovely Pallister reaction
Lani Pallister is emotional after missing her 1500m earlier in the week due to COVID.
She now has a gold medal around her neck.
"I don't know what to say," Pallister tells Nine.
"That isolation room sucked but I'm stoked I'm negative. I would hate to put these girls in a position where I ruined their meet. The AOC and the staff did an incredible job looking after me and the others who had COVID. Very mild.
"These girls are so incredible. I didn't think I'd be part of this relay at the start of the week so to be here standing with them, I don't think I could ask for anything more from my Olympic experience."

Hugs for the Aussies
Beautiful moment following the medal presentation.
Lani Pallister - who had to pull out of her 1500m event due to COVID earlier in the week - runs over to Shayna Jack and the pair are in tears.

McEvoy's lovely interview
A lovely interview from Cameron McEvoy after he blitzed the 50m freestyle semi final.
"You have to have confidence. At some point in my life, I'm capable of doing both," McEvoy tells Nine.
"Whether they're at the same time, we'll see. At the Olympics, it is hand on the wall first. It could be slower than the heats but could get the gold medal or the silver or the bronze.
"My sole focus is hand on the wall, no times, just like a bag of rocks in my head, not thinking, just trying to swim, do what I do best."

AUSSIES WIN ANOTHER GOLD
Make it FIVE gold medals for Aussie women in the pool in Paris!
We claim the 4x200m freestyle final - smashing Team USA and then China - and falling just short of the world record.
Some ground made on Brianna Throssell before she finishes strongly on the third leg, and then of course Ariarne Titmus brings it home!
