Kate's touching moment with daughter Charlotte ahead of King's birthday parade
The Princess of Wales has shared a touching moment with her daughter Princess Charlotte ahead of Trooping the Colour.
In a video shared on the Prince and Princess of Wales' official social media channels, Catherine, 42, and her three children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six, are waiting for their car to head to Buckingham Palace.

As they stand waiting, Catherine runs her hand down Charlotte's hair.
The caption for the video read: "All set for The King's Birthday Parade!"

Catherine was wearing a recycled Jenny Packham dress which she adorned with black and white features including a belt and bow.
Charlotte wore a navy and white dress and the princes wore matching blue suits with ties.

The Princess of Wales only recently confirmed her attendance at the annual celebration of the monarch's birthday.
In a statement released confirming her attendance she said she was "looking forward" to the event.

The royals braved the rain for this year's event. Closed and partially closed carriages were used due to the forecast.
At one stage Camilla was seen holding onto her hat as the wind blew.
The Princess of Wales was seen watching the formal portion of today's event with Charlotte and Louis however the window was closed when the wind picked up.

Thousands of royal fans braved the wet conditions to see King Charles as well as the Princess of Wales.
Both royals are undergoing outpatient cancer treatment.
Catherine hasn't appeared in an official capacity since December 2023.

She said in her statement confirming today's attendance: "I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days."
"On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well."

Kate said her treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months, adding that she is "taking each day as it comes".
