All the royals and celebrities at Royal Ascot 2026

And they’re off and racing: Royal Ascot is back for another year, bringing royals and famous faces out in force.

The week-long horse racing meet completes a trilogy of events that keep the British royal family booked and busy in June, coming days after Trooping the Colour and the Order of the Garter ceremony.

The event kicked off at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire on Tuesday, and has drawn plenty of royal guests, along with some notable celebrities.

However, there have been two notable absentees so far, with Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie – who are usually Royal Ascot regulars – missing in action.

It’s not known if the sisters will attend the event on other days through the week; however, they have missed several key royal events in the wake of the arrest of their father Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

Day 3

On Thursday, many fans were shocked to see that following King Charles and Queen Camilla in the royal carriage procession was none other than Stanley Tucci.

The Hollywood star, who calls the UK home after marrying Emily Blunt’s sister Felicity Blunt, donned a top hat, sunglasses and a beaming smile as he waved to the crowds.

Tucci and Blunt rode in the fourth and final carriage in the process, along with Lord and Lady Cavendish.

But his inclusion wasn’t the only surprise for royal watchers.

The son of the late Princess Margaret, David Armstrong-Jones, the Earl of Snowden, rode in the first carriage alongside his cousin King Charles and his girlfriend, art curator Isabelle de La Bruyère.

The move marks a huge step in the couple’s two-year relationship.

Princess Anne and her daughter, Zara Tindall, were among the other members of the royal family in attendance.

Day 2

On Wednesday, the Princess of Wales outshone the entire royal family – literally.

Kate re-wore a striking canary yellow Roksanda dress she previously donned for the Wimbledon women’s final in 2022, after debuting it during a royal visit to Jamaica earlier that year.

This was paired with a showstopping matching Jane Taylor London hat and accessorised with royal heirloom jewellery. The three-strand pearl bracelet belonged to Princess Diana and the diamond chandelier earrings were once Queen Elizabeth II’s.

The mum-of-three also wore her trio of rings, including her engagement ring, wedding band and the diamond and sapphire eternity band believed to be gifted by Prince William following the end of her cancer treatment in 2024.

The Prince of Wales was by his wife’s side for the outing, with yellow flowers pinned to his lapel in a colour co-ordinated effort.

Prince William looked extra relaxed as he arrived in the carriage procession, donning a big smile and giving a thumbs up to the cameras.

The royal, who presented the prize for The Prince of Wales Stakes, wore a top hat and tails look with a grey waistcoat and navy checked necktie.

The couple attended alongside many members of the royal family, including King Charles and Queen Camilla, as well as Kate’s mum, Carole Middleton, and sister-in-law, Alizee Thevenet.

Day 1

On Tuesday, day one of the week-long meet, royal attendees included the King and Queen, as well as Princess Anne and Zara and Mike Tindall.

Newlyweds Peter and Harriet Phillips were also among those assembled in their finest raceday looks.

Zara continued her affiliation with Australian fashion, wearing a pink dress by homegrown designer Rebecca Vallance.

The event marked the first public appearance for Peter Phillips and his new wife (nee Harriet Sperling) who married a fortnight ago.

Elsewhere, former F1 boss Christian Horner and his Spice Girls icon wife Geri were also in the crowd, with the pop star wearing her trademark colour, white.
