Swimming power couple Kyle Chalmers and Ingeborg Løyning tie the knot in stunning ceremony

Kyle Chalmers and Ingeborg Løyning are married! 

The sporting power couple shared the first snaps of their stunning day online and their baby daughter Astrid was in on the action throughout the ceremony. 

The Aussie Olympian and Norwegian swimmer tied the knot in his hometown of Port Lincoln in South Australia on Saturday. 

Løyning wore a traditional Norwegian dress with her blonde bob worn loose around her shoulders as they exchanged vows in a beautiful garden setting. 

She changed into a white mini-dress that featured long flared sleeves as the celebrations continued, opting for a twist on the traditional with her second dress. 

Meanwhile Chalmers wore a beige suit jacket, paired with a black bow tie and black suit pants for the official ceremony. 

He whipped off his bow tie, opting for an open neck on his shirt as they posed for photos post-ceremony.

"03.01.26," Løyning captioned a joint post on Instagram of her and Chalmers in a black and white snap. 

Friends of the couple shared photos on social media, from the stunning ceremony where Astrid was in on all the action to what looked to be quite a wild reception. 

At one point Løyning wore a pair of white loveheart-shaped sunglasses and wrapped her arms around friends, clearly relishing every moment of the celebrations.

In March 2023 Løyning relocated to Adelaide for training, that's where she and Chalmers first met, through their shared sport.

Løyning finally addressed speculation she had struck up a romance with the Aussie swimmer with just five words.

"Yes, we are a couple," she told outlet TV 2 in December 2023.

"We have been there for quite some time, since around December," she added, spilling that they had managed to keep their romance under wraps for a whole year.

"That is not the whole reason, but one of the reasons why I went down to train in Australia."

A few weeks later Chalmers confirmed things himself, going Instagram official with her in a loved-up post.

But just six months after confirming their relationship, the pair had more news: they were not only still dating but they were engaged!

The couple went on to welcome baby Astrid in August 2025, sharing the news online.

"Astrid Olivia. Born 8:38am on the 28th of the 8th 2025. We are obsessed with you," they captioned the joint post.
