Following the massive success of icons like Percy Pig and Colin the Caterpillar, Coles is officially expanding its Marks & Spencer (M&S) range.

But before you rush to your nearest Coles supermarket, there is a small catch.

These new products are only available at Coles Local inner city stores, and some online customers, ahead of a national rollout later this year.

A Coles spokesperson has told nine.com.au: "We are excited to expand our range of M&S Food products, giving Coles customers even more access to iconic favourites from the UK retailer.

"From this week, a small selection of new sweet treats will be available to customers shopping online through Deliver More in Victoria and New South Wales, as well as in Coles Local stores nationally.

"The range joins the much-loved Percy Pig and Colin the Caterpillar confectionery products, which launched last year and were a real hit with customers.

"In June, new M&S Food products will roll out across 622 selected Coles supermarkets nationally, offering customers even more opportunities to enjoy premium international favourites as part of their weekly shop."

"Coles customers will be able to shop the much-loved and M&S Percy Pig Fruit Gums 170g and M&S Colin the Caterpillar Fruit Sours 170g for $6 ($3.53 per 100g), alongside a sweet line up of other Percy and Colin favourites."
