This compact model features a streamlined product range, self-serve coffee, and heated food stations.

If the pilot for this concept is successful, these smaller, faster bakeries could soon expand to a location near you.

The new metro locations aren't meant to replace traditional Bakers Delight stores.

Instead they will operate in tandem, and give the company are more cost-effective way of implementing their expansion plans which will see the company grow from 520 bakeries to 700 by 2030.
