Meet the identical twins who have dropped $40k to look even more alike
Updated . First published at
Exclusive: April and Amelia Maddison live together, run a business together and as identical twins they share the same DNA – but it’s not alike enough for the duo.
The sisters, 21, estimate they’ve spent almost $40,000 and counting on cosmetic surgery and procedures to look more like each other and eliminate even the slightest differences in their physical appearances.

April and Amelia are OnlyFans adult content creators, making an estimated $3 million a year. The sisters also star in Stan’s Turned On: Dirty, Sexy, Money, a reality series following Quinn and Alex Everly – the masterminds behind Australia’s biggest OnlyFans agency, to which the twins are signed.
The twins say their choice to change their appearance is equally a business and personal decision.
“We like the way those changes make us look on camera, but we also want to look more similar because it makes us the most money,” Amelia, the younger twin by two minutes, tells nine.com.au.
“We know our subscribers are wanting us to look more identical so we see the value in it.”
As for how they decide which twin has to change to look more like the other, April and Amelia say it depends on who has the more desirable feature to begin with.
“I guess like we pick whoever has the better feature. Technically, I have a really nice cupid’s bow, so April got a bit to filler in her lips a bit more,” Amelia says.
“But you have a nicer chin than I do,” Amelia tells her sister. “So I copied April’s chin whereas she copied my lips.”
Ranking in the top 100 of global creators, the sisters admit their massive earnings fund their transformation. “Our job has given us the financial freedom so that [cosmetic surgery] is readily available to us,” April says.

Regardless of their online twin persona, Amelia and April have always chosen to do everything together and have no desire to live distinctly separate lives.
“We are still twins even when the cameras are off. We do have the same style, we do have the same thoughts, we bond over the same things,” Amelia says.
“It’s definitely not a facade, our online persona is similar to how we are in real life.”
While most parts of their lives are shared, their romantic lives are very different.

Amelia exclusively revealed to nine.com.au that she has been with her girlfriend for a year now, while April is firmly single.
Both twins are bisexual but say they definitely have different types when it comes to what they want in a partner.
Since the release of the premiere episode of their new reality series Turned On: Dirty, Sexy, Money, April and Amelia say “a lot of people are surprised at how much work it takes to be successful in this industry”.
