Did you know Chandler and Monica were meant to be a one-night thing?
Fans in the audience liked it so much when their hook up was revealed, they cheered for 27 seconds.
The creators knew then what they had to do. They'd stumbled across something special, and they decided to make Monica and Chandler's relationship blossom.
Their unprecedented love story became one of the most cherished elements of Friends, and showed that some of the best romances are the ones no one sees coming.
The one with Rachel's lines: 9,272
Yep, that's the iconic number of lines Jennifer Aniston's character had across 10 unforgettable seasons.
According to an independent study done by data scientist Yashu Seth, Rachel had the most lines in the series followed by Chandler (8,433 lines), Monica (8,370 lines), Ross (8,156 lines), Joey (8,156 lines) and Phoebe (7,448 lines).
So, could that make Rachel the unspoken lead character of the series?
It's a debate that's divided fans for years.
The one with Rachel's lines: 9,272
Taking individual screen time into account, Ross was a clear winner according to the scientist. Apparently, Rachel wasn't even close.
Considering Ross and Rachel were almost neck-and-neck when it came to most mentions in episode titles (24 times versus 27 times), it was argued the title went to Ross.
But not all fans agreed.
"I think it's Rachel. Everything revolves around her!" expressed one fan on Reddit.

"I'd go as far as to say Rachel is the outright main character," another agreed. "I feel like she's the one who kind of had the biggest arc in the series."
"My own personal opinion is the Gellers are the main characters," said a third.
While a fourth wrote: "I feel Monica should be higher because they're always in her apartment".
All valid points!
The one with the peep hole frame: $52,000
Fans need to only look at the yellow frame to recognise it's from the series.
As iconic as it's become, the prop from Monica's apartment sold for a whopping $52,000.

The frame was originally placed on a side table to dress the set, but crew member Ricky Parker accidentally bumped the table and smashed it!
The set director hung the frame on the purple door and the rest is history.
The one with the 'breaks': 18
How many times did Ross need to remind Rachel they were on a break? Eighteen, apparently!
Whether he was in the right or the wrong, "We were on a break" was said 18 times throughout the series. Yikes.
The one were Monica 'knew': 18
Turns out, 18 is also the exact number of times Monica said her iconic catchphrase: "I KNOW".
We bet she knew this too.
The one where Joey had charm: 25
Out of all the catchphrases, there's one only Joey Tribbiani could get away with and we love him for it, smooth facial expressions and all.
Turns out he's had some practice!
"How you doin'?" was said by Joey 25 times across 10 seasons.
The one with three words: 1,027
"OH. MY. GAWD" were three words screeched by Chandler's love interest, the iconic Janice Hosenstein (Maggie Wheeler).
It was reported the phrase was said a whopping 1,027 times (an average of four times per episode. Not bad, considering Janice only made 19 appearances.

Five was the unit number of Monica's apartment. Or was it?
That was the case at the beginning of Season 1 until writers realised Unit 5 wouldn't be exactly considered on the higher floor.
So they changed it to Unit 20!
Chandler and Joey's apartment also changed from Unit 4 to 19.
