That's a bald move! Hugh Jackman shaves his head for new Peter Pan movie… see the pic here

Hugh Jackman has just posted a pic of his new bald 'do to Instagram for his role as Blackbeard in the upcoming Peter Pan movie. It's a cry from his former Wolverine self, right?

Showing off his newly-shaved head and shapely beard, the 45-year-old actor captioned the snap: "Blackbeard is born #PAN". You know, just to remind us it wasn't his choice to lose those luscious locks.

The Peter Pan flick has already started shooting in the UK, with Hugh's Les Miserables co-star Amanda Seyfried, Rooney Mara and Garrett Hedlund spotted on-set.

Little else is known about the film, except that it puts a new spin on J.M Barrie's classic story... set during World War II and following an orphan who is kidnapped by pirates. And a bald-headed Hugh...

While the cast are busy flitting around Neverland, Hugh's too been jumping for joy… bouncing 'round like a kangaroo at the Tony awards last Sunday night. Perhaps he was just excited about his pirate beard?
