Susie Bradley breaks silence on messages received since Todd Carney split

A week after confirming her split from NRL star Todd Carney, Susie Bradley has spoken out on her heartbreak and the flood of messages she’s since received.

Sharing a video to Instagram, the former Married at First Sight star, 33, reassured others going through a break-up that they are not alone.

In the video, Bradley reminded her followers that there are “so many people” going through heartbreak at any given moment. She added that the number of messages she has received from others sharing their own stories is “crazy”.

She addressed everyone “going through it right now,” reassuring them that they are not alone and thanking her followers for the messages of support.

“It’s so easy when you’re in the absolute depths of despair to genuinely feel like you’re the only person in the world who has ever felt this bad,” she wrote in the caption.

“But the amount of messages I’ve received from people sharing their own stories of heartbreak has been such a powerful reminder that none of us are ever truly alone in it. And weirdly, there is something so comforting in knowing that.

Bradley and Carney have been in an on-and-off relationship since 2019, eventually tying the knot in 2025. The pair are also parents to two sons, King, five months, and Lion, four, as well as Bradley’s daughter from a previous relationship, Baby, 10.

Bradley confirmed their breakup on July 19, sharing a video detailing her experience with “break-up grief”.

“Decided I’m sharing the breakup spiral because watching other people lose the plot has been oddly comforting x,” she wrote in the caption.

She later posted another video (now seemingly deleted) addressing the reason for the split, saying there had been a “betrayal”.

“I’ve never experienced the loss of a marriage before, finding it quite therapeutic doing it on here,” she said. 

“If you don’t like that, don’t follow it. I don’t really know how else to cope with it at the moment.

“This is purely about me and my life moving forward, and anyone else to f---ing talk to ’cos you know, I don’t have a husband any more.”
