Guns N' Roses star Slash has performed just two weeks after his stepdaughter's death.

The guitarist, 59, reportedly returned to the stage over the weekend at his S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival tour.

Slash made an appearance in New York on Sunday at the Rooftop at Pier 17 after he cancelled several of his tour dates on the festival tour last month.

The announcement came just hours after he cancelled four of his upcoming shows, including an overnight performance in Cincinnati, due to "unforeseen circumstances".
