Slash mourns 'incredibly talented' stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight after 'devastating' death aged 25
Lucy-Bleu Knight, the stepdaughter of former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, has died. She was 25.
Slash issued a statement overnight confirming the news, requesting privacy on behalf of his family and that "social media speculation be kept to a minimum as they grieve and process this devastating loss."
"Lucy-Bleu was an incredibly talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul," Slash's statement, shared to his 4.2 million Instagram followers, said.

Born on December 6, 1998, to Slash's partner Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight, Slash's statement confirmed Knight died in Los Angeles on July 19, 2024.
The rocker and Hodges first started dating in 1989, and rekindled their relationship in 2015 following Slash's split from his second wife Perla Ferrar.

With Ferrar, Slash shares two sons: 21-year-old London and 20-year-old Cash.
Hours before Slash confirmed Knight's death, he announced he would be cancelling several S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour dates, including the Cincinnati concert scheduled overnight.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, the S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour regrettably has to cancel the below performances. Refunds will be available at points of purchase," a statement shared on Slash's Instagram page read.
"We love our fans and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused."
Slash's S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour is expected to resume in Toronto on July 28.
