Mia Goth has officially filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf after 10 years of marriage.
The 32-year-old actress filed the documents on Tuesday (US time) citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

The documents also reveal that the Pearl actress separated from LaBeouf, 40, over a year ago, on July 28, 2025.
Goth has asked for primary legal custody of their four-year-old daughter Isabel, per the documents, which have been obtained by Page Six.
She also asked that neither she, nor LaBeouf, receive spousal support.
LaBeouf and Goth met on the set of her big-screen debut movie Nymphomaniac: Vol. II, and have been on and off since 2012.
The couple tied the knot in 2016, but broke up two years later, only to reconcile again in 2020.
They went on to welcome their daughter Isabel in 2022.
In February reports first emerged that the former couple had been separated for almost a year, but had kept the split quiet.

A month later the Transformers star opened up about their split for the first time and admitted he felt like he “failed” his marriage.
“We were deeply unhappy,” LaBeouf said on Channel 5 With Andrew Callaghan.
“I made a lot of mistakes early on before we tried to have a baby. I had violated trust in a big, big way.”
The Disturbia star admitted their problems were “impossible” to fix and they didn’t want to “be unhappy around a baby”.
But while their marriage was over, he didn’t have a bad word to say about Goth.
“That’s one of the best girls that ever lived. She’s incredible, that woman. Incredible … all the time. 10 out of 10.”
LaBeouf admitted they were also trying to figure out co-parenting moving forward.
“Even through all this, she gives me grace,” he added.
