Heidi Klum shares grotesque costume hint days before her famous Halloween party
Heidi Klum has treated fans to a sneak peek of her Halloween costume for this year and it is, in a word, grotesque.
The model, 53, is known for her over the top outfits for her October 31 party and it looks like this year will be no different based on the picture of what appeared to be props or special effects parts made to look like human organs.

Klum captioned the snap, “What’s my costume? One week to go.”
Some fans were horrified by the “disgusting” photo, but others immediately started speculating on what her costume could be.
Many suspect she’ll be dressing as the creature from The Substance, the 2024 body horror flick that earned star Demi Moore an Oscar nomination for Best Actress.
Others suggested the model may be planning a costume based on an autopsy, or some sort of decaying sea creature.
Every year Klum hosts a blow-out Halloween party stacked with celebrity attendees, though she always strives to be the best dressed in costumes complete with special effects makeup and full-body transformations.
Last year she dressed as Medusa in a gorgon outfit complete with a tail and makeup covering her whole body, and in 2024 she arrived in an E.T. outfit.
In recent years, she’s embraced wearing coordinated couples’ costumes with her much younger husband Tom Kaulitz, the guitarist from German band Tokio Hotel.
Kaulitz, 37, is sixteen years Klum’s junior and is closer in age to her eldest child with ex-husband Seal than the model herself.

That didn’t deter the couple from falling in love and tying the knot in a private wedding in 2019. They’ve been going strong ever since.
Klum addressed the 16-year age gap in 2023, when an Instagram follower asked “Don’t you feel that you’re in the age of Tom’s mum or age really doesn’t matter?”
"I honestly only feel that way when people point it out to me," Klum answered.
In a 2018 interview with InStyle, Klum said: “My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it. I don’t really think about it that much otherwise
“You have to just live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying is only going to give you more wrinkles.”
Earlier this year, Klum opened up about the bias she was subjected to as a pregnant woman in the fashion industry.

Speaking to Paper, she said she ended up losing a client who believed she was “not sexy anymore” while pregnant.
“I remember I had one client. When I was pregnant, they did not want to work with me anymore,” she said.
Klum did not name the client, however she revealed their refusal to continue working with her post-pregnancy was a pivotal moment that spawned a popular business venture.
