Pregnant Leigh-Anne Pinnock drops jaws with lactating runway look

Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock stunned attendees at London Fashion Week with a truly unique outfit.

The pregnant 34-year-old wore a white two-piece set, which showed off her baby bump, during the Di Petsa show – but the look included a unique twist, with two streams of liquid spouting from the bra to give the appearance of lactation.

Pinnock strutted down the runway, walking between a group of models sitting on the floor, before the water began streaming from the dress.

In a press release, the design house explained the inspiration behind the look.

“Among the presentation’s defining pieces is a sculptural lactating bra, which releases streams of milk during the performance,” it read.

“The piece creates a striking commentary on motherhood, the body and care as spectacle, placing an intimate act within the highly constructed world of the fashion runway.”

The statement piece is bold, but not new for the brand.

Di Petsa currently sells the “breastfeeding bride” corset for $1510. It only covers one nipple for easy access to the breast, for women who are lactating.

Pinnock, already a mother of twin daughters, is currently pregnant with her third child. She and her husband Andre Gray welcomed their girls in 2021.

On July 8, she announced the couple were expecting again. “As one chapter ends, another begins,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

Family life has also expanded for Pinnock’s former bandmates. Perrie Edwards welcomed son Axel in 2021 and daughter Alanis Valentine in January 2026, while Jesy Nelson welcomed twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, in May 2025.

Nelson has since documented her family’s journey following the twins’ diagnosis with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1, a genetic disorder affecting muscle strength and breathing.

In her Prime Video documentary Jesy Nelson: Life Changing, she opened up about the emotional toll of their prognosis – including news the girls are unlikely to walk – and the specialist care required to support them.

“I don’t know how we’re going to do this. I feel like I’m going to feel heartbroken for the rest of my life,” she said, after learning of their diagnosis.

Speaking about the series, Nelson said:  “I’m really not sure where to start with this one… all I can say is that I urge everyone to watch this documentary. It’s the most heartbreaking series I’ve ever had to make, but it’s one that needed to be made if we’re ever going to see real change.

“This is only a small glimpse into what my girls have to go through every single day. It’s the reality that so many children born with SMA have to endure and this is only the beginning of their lives.

“I truly hope this helps people understand why the heel prick test and treatment from birth are so incredibly vital. Early diagnosis can change EVERYTHING.”
