Khloe Kardashian confirms she is expecting surrogate child with ex Tristan Thompson

Khloe Kardashian has confirmed she is having another baby with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

The reality star, 38, will welcome her second child via surrogate and her reps confirmed to People that the baby was conceived in November last year.

"We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November," the rep said in a statement. "Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing."

"We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."

Kardashian broke up with Tristan, 31, who is also the father to her four-year-old daughter True, following multiple cheating scandals.

It appears the couple made the decision to welcome another child before their recent split.

An insider told People that Kardashian and Thompson have not been romantically involved since December.

"The baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloe and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December," the source said.

The on-off couple have had a rocky romance since their relationship began in 2016.

Kardashian and Thompson split up most recently after it was revealed the former NBA star was expecting a child with model Maralee Nichols in December 2021.

Nichols gave birth to their son, Theo, in December last year and Thompson denied the paternity until January this year.

Thompson issued a public apology to his ex and the pair had already parted ways the following year.

Thompson has cheated on the KUWTK star multiple times, including an incident shortly before Kardashian gave birth to their daughter True in 2018.

His infidelity made headlines in 2019 after Thompson was photographed kissing Kardashian's younger sister Kylie Jenner's friend Jordyn Woods at a party.

Kardashian has not made a public statement regarding the reports of a surrogate child.
