Fans shocked after Katie Price's missing husband follows another woman online

Katie Price has marked her 48th birthday with a cryptic social media post and a hastily recorded song about heartbreak – as fresh questions swirl around her missing husband after his Instagram account suddenly became active again.

The former glamour model has spent the past week publicly pleading for answers after her husband Lee Andrews vanished in Dubai.

Price claimed that in his last call, Lee was wearing a hood and appeared to be in an old van, his hands tied in front of him.

In a shock twist, Andrews' social media account appeared to spring back to life – and fans noticed he had started following a mystery American woman, even as he still failed to respond to Price.

The development comes just a day after Price declared she was stepping back from the search and leaving the matter "with the police".

On her birthday, Price posted a series of emotional Instagram quotes about heartbreak, betrayal, and entering her "comeback era."

Alongside the posts, she shared a video montage featuring a cover of the classic ballad Get Here, which she revealed she had rushed into a studio to record.

"I don't care how you get here, just get here if you can," the emotional lyrics plead.

On a separate text slide, she shared a quote hinting at her mindset, reading: "When a woman enters her comeback era, everything changes. Her mindset, her circle, her standards."

The posts landed hours before British tabloid The Sun reported Andrews had returned online after eight days offline and followed a woman named Marisol, a US Navy veteran and social media user believed to be based in America.

According to The Sun, Price was alerted to the activity by followers who spotted the new account in Andrews' following list.

The tabloid also reported Andrews had not responded to Price's messages since their last alleged contact, when he reportedly claimed he had been arrested.

However, now his 'following' list has gone back down to one, with the woman saying she has blocked him.

Speaking to The Sun, she said she does not know him, nor has she ever exchanged messages.

While there has been widespread speculation online about Andrews' whereabouts and the circumstances surrounding his disappearance, there has been no official confirmation of foul play or criminal activity.

The saga has unfolded publicly over the past week, with Price documenting her concerns on podcasts, YouTube videos, and social media posts as she attempted to make contact with her husband.

Earlier this week, she revealed she had reached a point where she could do little else except wait for updates from authorities.

"There's nothing I can do," she said on her podcast.

"I'm not gonna talk about it anymore."

Price also said she would not allow the ordeal to consume her life while police inquiries continued overseas.

"For my own sanity, I'm taking a step back," she said.

The relationship itself has attracted heavy attention in the British press since the pair married in January after only knowing each other for a matter of days.

Following their whirlwind wedding, Price regularly travelled between the UK and Dubai, where Andrews was based.

His ex-fiancée has also publicly criticised him in recent weeks, warning Price about his behaviour before he disappeared.

The mystery took a new turn when Andrews failed to appear for a planned television interview with Price, which was expected to mark their first major appearance together as a married couple.

Since then, social media users have closely monitored Andrews' online accounts for signs of activity, with the latest Instagram move triggering another wave of speculation.

Neither Andrews nor the woman he reportedly followed has publicly commented on the situation.
