Karl Stefanovic thanks father-in-law for letting Jasmine Yarbrough 'marry a proper bogan' in hilarious wedding anniversary post

Karl Stefanovic is celebrating the third anniversary of his wedding to Jasmine Yarbrough.

The Today host, 47, and the fashion designer, 36, both shared throwback photos from their special day on Instagram.

"Happy Anni my love," Yarbrough wrote in her post tonight, alongside a photo of her and Stefanovic holding hands and kissing at their wedding.

Meanwhile, Stefanovic shared a photo of his wife holding hands with her father Bob.

"On our anniversary to Jas' wonderful father. Thanks for letting your beauty marry a proper bogan," he joked. "And to @jasyarby for all the love, friendship and laughter. All of it."

The couple married on December 8, 2018, in front of approximately 200 guests. Their ceremony was held at the luxurious One&Only Palmilla resort in Mexico.

Guests at the wedding included Tim Gilbert, Peter Stefanovic, Sylvia Jeffreys, Julie Bishop and her partner David Panton, model Montana Cox, skateboarder Corbin Harris, English TV presenter Louise Roe, as well as Karl's three children — Jackson, Ava and River.

Yarbrough wore a bespoke gown with a detachable skirt by Australian designer J. Andreatta and Stefanovic wore a Tom Ford suit with R.M Williams boots.

Since their wedding, the pair have added to their family. They welcomed daughter Harper May on May 1, 2020, at North Shore Private Hospital in Sydney. She weighed in at 2.9kg.
