The film is a highly-anticipated adaptation of Colleen Hoover's popular young adult novel of the same name.
Gossip Girl alum Blake Lively stars as beloved protagonist Lily Bloom.
The actress led the pink carpet arrivals at the AMC Lincoln Square in a special throwback look to a 00s pop icon.
Along with her co-stars, Lively shared the pink carpet with none other than her real-life beau Ryan Reynolds and Aussie star Hugh Jackman after she recently attended their Deadpool & Wolverine premiere.

Blake Lively
Blake Lively looked incredible at the premiere in a dazzling metallic gown.
If you're thinking the dress looks familiar, you'd be right.
Before Lively, the Versace dress was worn in 2002 by none other than the princess of pop herself, Britney Spears.
"This dress meant so much to me… because of what she meant to me," Lively gushed to Extra TV.
"Like, she was just somebody who represented, like, love and beauty and youth and hard work and determination and strength, and she was in touch with her sexuality and her delicacy and she just sort of represented it all."
The star revealed she is a "forever Britney stan" and had been saving wearing the ionic dress for six months.

Alongside a picture of Spears wearing the exact same butterfly dress over 20 years ago, Lively couldn't help but share more love for "the ultimate queen" on her Instagram story.
"Britney, us millennials all have a story of a moment, or of years that you made us want to shine and inspire awe, with strength, and joy and immensely hard work," she said.
Lively paired the gorgeous butterfly gown with some matching metallic heels.
Blake Lively
Lively opted to style her golden waves in a side part for the night with subtle makeup.
The actress recently spoke to 9honey Celebrity about why she wasn't hesitant to take on the movie, which delves into domestic violence.
"So for me, it felt very clear what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it, because it just captured the messiness of the human experience, and it felt very honest and very real and very raw," she says.
"And I understood why Lily made the decisions that she made when she made them."

The mates posed in their suits for the night as they cheered on Lively for her big moment.

Hollywood 'it' couple Lively and Reynolds looked loved up as ever.
