Taylor Lautner confirms Taylor Swift's 'Back to December' track is about him

Six years later, the truth comes out! In a Facebook Live video, Taylor Lautner has revealed what many have suspected all along: He's the subject of Taylor Swift's 2010 breakup ballad 'Back to December'.

After some probing from his Scream Queens co-star Lea Michele, the 24-year-old Twilight alum owned up to his past.

"You dated Taylor Swift, I remember that," Lea, 29, said during the Facebook Live chat to promote the new season of their show. "Didn't she write a song about you?"

A squirming Lautner replied, "That's what she does. She writes songs."

But when Lea pressed on, he finally caved.

"I think it's something about a sweater and a hat, right?" she said. "It's like, your hat in December!"

Ding, ding!

"It's called 'Back to December,'" Lautner begrudgingly admitted.

Lautner first connected with Swift, now 26, when they filmed Valentine's Day together in the summer of 2009, and the pair dated until (yep!) that December.

Fans have long theorized that the Grammy winner's sentimental track on her 2010 Speak Now album was about Lautner (Key lyrics: "I miss your tan skin, your sweet smile."), but it's never been definitively proven until now.
