The former child star tied the knot with actor Johnno Wilson on December 11, eloping at a courthouse in Santa Barbara in California.

Wilson played Garrett Grayson for six episodes in the show, with van der Pol reprising her role as Chelsea Grayson 10 years after the original show came to a close.
In the show, their characters split after marrying and having a son, but in real life, they're very much in love.
As Wilson told People: "She is my greatest support, a true partner, makes me belly laugh every day, and a total babe ... so why wouldn't I want to marry her?"

The couple has been together since 2017, with Wilson getting down on one knee in December 2023.
"I just can't wait to have that ring on my finger and walk into the restaurant and say, 'Yes, my wife made a reservation for two'," Wilson told People before they tied the knot.
They were originally meant to have a big white wedding, but Wilson booking a role that would see him film in Toronto, Canada, for two months changed their plans.

"To be honest, the only thing that was important to me was that the exchanging of our vows and our commitment to each other be private," van der Pol told People of their ceremony plans changing.
"My mother is no longer with us, and we didn't want to stress anyone else out about travel, lodging, etc. We're 40 and in love so that's plenty for me."
"If I could have gotten married to her the day we got engaged I would have," Wilson, who proposed on the day of van der Pol's late mother's birthday, added.
"The moment I popped the question we both scream-laugh-cried with so much joy. I've never experienced anything like it. Best day of my life, next to our wedding day."

December 17: AFL star Caleb Marchbank is married!
The Carlton player, 28, tied the knot with partner Celeste, who he's been with since at least 2016, in a stunning ceremony at Victoria's historic Euroa Butter Factory.
The newlyweds shared a sweet picture of themselves kissing on their big day as they announced their exciting wedding news, writing: "The Marchbanks 🤍."

December 17: Yvette Nicole Brown is married!
The 53-year-old Community star married actor Anthony Davis after three years of dating over the weekend.
It's the first time Brown has walked down the aisle, with the actress opening up to People about the special moment her brother stepped in for her father, who has Alzheimer's disease.

"So my brother and his sister stood in," Brown told the outlet.
"So it was nice to walk down the aisle toward family and with family, even if it's not the family we wish we had in those roles."
Brown's mother died in 2021, and Davis' parents have also died.
While Brown's father may not have walked her down the aisle, he did end up attending the wedding, something Davis coordinated with Brown's father's aged care facility and surprised her with.
The actress also had a message for those looking to her love story for inspiration.

"It's never too late," she said via People, noting she fell in love at 51 and got engaged at 52.
"I'm not someone who really likes a lot of attention, and I realised there's a way that I could have a wedding where I made it more about other people, in the sense that because I am of a certain age and I never thought it would happen for me, my wedding can be an inspirational moment.
"I feel like it's important to make sure that the way God has blessed me, that I remind people that He is still in the blessing business, and can totally bless them as well."
She also emphasised the importance of waiting for the right person and not settling.
