Anthony Wilson, her partner, was also tagged in the post.
It comes only three months after she announced her pregnancy to her followers with this photo.

December 18: The Wiggles star John Pearce is a dad.
The popular children's entertainer and his wife, Jessie Pearce, welcomed their son, Henry Nicholas Adamo Pearce, on Monday and shared the news with fans on Wednesday evening.
"Welcome to the world our beautiful angel," the couple captioned a joint social media post of the newborn's first photos.
Jimmy and Holly Nicholson
December 11: Bachelor couple Jimmy Nicholson and wife Holly have welcomed their first child, a boy named Lenox James Nicholson.
The pair announced the arrival of little "Lenny" on social media with fans, revealing he was born on December 9.
The proud parents, who met on the 2021 series of the reality dating show before tying the knot in 2023, shared a carousel of images of their first moments as mum and dad.
"At the risk of sounding cliche, it's certainly true what they say, there is no handbook to prepare you for this kind of love overnight," they captioned a joint post.
"Thank you for choosing us little man, waking up to you the last few mornings has truly felt like a dream.
"You already have us wrapped around your very long fingers & toes."

November 29: Australian cricketer Mitch Marsh and wife Greta have welcomed their first child.
Daughter Olive was born on November 17 and the couple has shared photos of the adorable baby on social media.
"Our Olive 💕 our hearts are so full," he captioned the post which included two photos of Olive, with the loving parents cupping her head in their hands. Olive is looking up at her mother with her big, beautiful eyes.

The Too Hot to Handle alum has welcomed her twins with fiancé Jesse Sullivan, after getting pregnant via IVF.
Farago shared the news in a series of photos and video footage posted to Snapchat.

November 11: Wicked director Jon M. Chu couldn't attend the film's premiere in Los Angeles, and the reason is quite "wonderful."
Chu shared on his Instagram Stories that he and his wife Kristin Hodge welcomed their fifth child on Saturday, writing that he "can't believe this happened while the movie is premiering."
"Magic is in the air," he wrote, sharing a photo of Hodge holding their newborn daughter.
