Bindi Irwin's boyfriend cheers her on after watching onstage cuddles with Derek Hough

Dancing With The Stars US favourite Bindi Irwin had a special guest watching her bouncy quickstep: her boyfriend Chandler Powell!

The 18-year-old US wakeboarder can be seen cheering his 17-year-old Aussie girlfriend on in the audience, sitting behind her mum Terri and brother Robert. He's grinning from ear to ear – watch above (clip from WhipClip).

He doesn't seem too worried about Bindi's onstage cuddles with her 30-year-old dance partner Derek Hough.

Bindi didn't score the top mark, but she still earned 32 out of 40 after dancing with an injured foot.

But it's okay – Chandler was on hand on the weekend to ice it for her. #YOUNGLOVE.

Chandler confirmed to TheFIX exclusively back in July that Bindi "is very special to me", but the couple want to keep their "personal lives personal" and focus on their work with Wildlife Warriors.

Bindi told The Daily Telegraph recently "I feel lucky to have him in my life".
