Taiwan motorist suffers driver's worst nightmare
A motorist in Taiwan has suffered every driver's worst nightmare when the brakes failed following a rear-end collision on a steep and wet mountain road.
The driver was rolling down the hill at a snail's pace due to a truck in front of them when they were suddenly smashed into from behind.
The impact pushes the car into the rear end of the truck but the driver manages to avoid a major collision and only side swipes the vehicle.
Screams then ring out as the driver realises he has lost his brake and tries to keep the car on the right side of the roads.
As the out-of-control vehicle swerves dangerously down the single lane road the driver struggles to keep it in his own lane.
After narrowly avoiding another prang with a truck the driver eventually manages to slow the vehicle down, aided by two heavy crashes into the guard rail.
The incident is believed to have taken place on March 20 and was posted online overnight.
