Exclusive: David Genat explores the beauty of Kenya ahead of tonight's Rush 2023 adventure
You might think you've seen it all from the seven Rush destinations so far, but host David Genat has saved one of the best for (second) last.

Ahead of Episode 8 of Rush – which will air at 7:30pm tonight – David Genat takes us on a tour of the gem of East Africa where vibrant communities and unparalleled wildlife meet.

David Genat and the remaining four contestants are off to Kenya. Nine
David starts his journey in Kimana Sanctuary – a haven for wildlife conservation.
"Right behind me is Mount Kilimanjaro. I'm standing in 6000 acres of wildlife preserve, and it is incredible," David tells cameras.
"It provides a safe space for endangered species, including the African elephant, allowing them to thrive and run peaceful is an inspiring example of the efforts made to protect and preserve Kenya's incredible biodiversity."

Kenya offers stunning landscapes which ever way you look. There are rolling plains as far as the eye can see, punctuated by iconic acacia trees reaching into the sky.

"Possessing an indomitable spirit and zest for life, the magnificent Kenyan people are a testament to the age old wisdom that true happiness lies not in material possessions," David says of the locals.
The Maasai tribe are just one group of people that we will meet in tonight's episode.
They are an iconic warrior tribe renowned for their distinctive robes and intricate beadwork.
