This house is made of five little houses

If your family is driving you insane every Wednesday and Thursday night with the Bachelor, or you literally can find a space to chill out and unwind after work, Danish firm Jarmund/Vignaes Arkitekter is about to make you wish you'd hired them for your renovation.

This home in Denmark is split up into five separate buildings, each one being a different part of the home.

The site is located in a windy village north of Sealand Denmark, with each little house facing inwards to create a star shape to provide different outdoor spaces, and a large sheltered central-courtyard in the centre.

This central courtyard is clad with in a dark stone to generate warmth.

The five little houses are made up of a kitchen building, parents building, children’s building, guest building and utility building.

A playful composition has been created in each of the house to create varying roof heights and angels.
