The kitchen organisation hack that costs less than $2

As convenient (and delicious) as coffee pods are, when you're storing enough to stock a café, things can get a little messy.

Enter a genius hack using $1.80 worth of PVC trim from Bunnings.

Originally shared on the Mums Who Organise Facebook page, the storing solution involves cutting 30cm lengths of the PVC and sticking them to the underside of your kitchen cupboard with cheap double-sided foam.

Mum-of-three Gina Baynham was excited to stumble upon the idea online, getting to work on the organisation hack pronto.

"It was so easy," she told Kidspot. "It cost me $1.80 for the piece of PVC plastic at 2.4 metres in length.

"I then cut it to 30 centimetre lengths with a sharp knife and stuck them to the underside of my kitchen cupboards with double-sided sticky foam that I bought in a craft shop for about $2."

Each 30cm strip holds around eight coffee pods, with Gina thrilled she can separate the pods by flavour for easy caffeine hits and keep her kitchen bench clutter-free at the same time.

"The only skill involved was getting the gap wide enough to slide the capsule in without it being so loose that it would fall out."
