The dilapidated home, which has been completely engulfed by undergrowth, is being auctioned off for around $600k.
Auctioned by Savills, the derelict home is said to be "in need of complete modernisation."
An 82-year-old neighbour named Julia, who has lived across the road from the home for 52 years, told the Telegraph in the UK, that the home she remembers the former owner planting the garden "quite a few years ago." She said the home had been this way"for a long time" and had been "been empty a few months now."
Inside, the kitchen, living room and three bedrooms will all need an update. There's also a long back garden which has developed miniature woodland.
