Han and Can's Frontyard and Façade
The final week on The Block was business as usual for Han and Can – and that meant hard work with sporadic bursts of panic.
With the help of landscape extraordinaire Christian Jenkins, Han and Can were continuing the Japanese-inspired garden from their backyard in their front yard.

The pièce de résistance of their front yard and façade was the massive torii-inspired gate that stood tall and proud at the entrance.
Would this be the finale finish the girls were hoping for or one last flop?

Walking out of House 2, the judges were quick to notice the beautiful front door - a Christian Cole door with detailed handles.
"Yep, he nails it every time," Shaynna said.
The addition of another ramp meant great access and the first tick earned for the girls.

Shaynna then spotted the name of the House: 'Flow Estate'.
There was just one issue with that name, Shaynna felt it didn't flow at all.
While the 'flow' and Japanese vibes were definitely felt outside in the gardens, there was no reference to that style inside which in fact felt more 'pop'.
Darren wasn't a huge fan of the black metal fencing outside the guest suite, in fact he "hated" it.
"I couldn't hate that fencing more. I think that is very harsh and industrial," he said.
But Dave swooped to the girls' defence explaining that a vine called Virginia Creeper had been planted and as one of the fastest growing vines it would completely cover the fence come auction time.
Marty noted that having the retaining wall and the garden set so much higher meant the space wasn't as usable as some of the other gardens.
But it also meant an added bonus for guests - privacy.
"The privacy factor is a real selling feature because guests essentially get their own little private courtyard," he said.
The courtyard was a massive bonus in the judges' eyes and filtered a feeling of tranquillity all through the home.
Dave thought it was time for the judges to talk about the elephant in the room.
No, not this one, the torii gate.
"I don't hate it. I know it's polarizing, but it kind of works with this garden," Dave said.
"It could be something from Quentin Tarantino's house, because it looks like it's somewhere from Hollywood."
Marty thought it was a "big risk".
"That's what you see the moment you enter this home and the moment you leave. It hits you in the face.
