Real life Lego house set to open in Denmark

Proving dreams really do come true, a building dedicated to everyone's favourite childhood pastime Lego is set to open in Denmark in late September.

Four years in the making and designed by famed Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, the Lego House building - or "Home of the Brick" - is made up of 21 Lego-style bricks and will feature three levels of creative play zones, and a gallery dedicated to some truly amazing fan-made Lego masterpieces.

Of course, the fun starts as soon as you enter the door, with the ground floor home to the "Tree of Creativity" – a seriously impressive 15-meter high tree made up of over 6 million Lego bricks that took over three years to build. 

With history tours, pools overflowing with colourful brick pieces, and the most impressive Lego sculptures in the world, the only question now is, when can we get there?
