Jason takes on Dan in a tense showdown

After weeks of growing frustration Dan, the usually cool calm and collected foreman, lashes out at Jason.  A day after being given a budget intervention by Scotty, Jason is still lazing about on the Block, irritating Foreman Dan.

“Mate, stop pissing around and having a go at Keithy,” yells Dan. “How about actually doing something, you just held us up for four hours.”

Dan demands to know why he’s paying people to insulate, a job he could easily do himself. “Start thinking mate,” Dan says, clearly frustrated.

Jason, clearly trying to wind up Dan even more, snaps at him “switch on Dan”. It doesn’t go down well with Dan who tells him “If you run out of money you run out of money”.

Sarah even noticing Jason’s slow work tells him to “get a move on, you’re holding everybody up”. 

But it seems that Jason’s behaviour is all jest, telling the camera that “at the end of the day Keith and Dan are the foremen, and I just try and argue with them”.
