Jamie Oliver's wife Jools obviously adores her beautiful home. The celebrity chef and his family moved into their $15.5 million house in the swish London suburb of Hampstead in 2015, and have wasted no time in making it their own.

Jools recently posted a shot on Instagram of their seven-year-old son Buddy kicking back on their luxurious velvet and gilt bed still wearing his elaborate cowboy boots. Her followers were divided in their love for the bed (a similar version of which from The French Bedroom Company costs nearly $4000) and Buddy's star-spangled boots.

Eagle-eyed fans also spotted the stack of books beside the bed and the Peace and Kiss prints next to the fairy-light-wreathed fireplace.

Buddy's own bed is just as noteworthy: he sleeps in a $3300 bed from Nubie that looks like a treehouse.

The bathroom is equally luxurious, with a huge freestanding bath, ornate floral wallpaper and his-and-hers sinks. (Not to mention the delightful infant occupant of the bath, 16-month-old River.)

Downstairs, a piano takes pride of place in a living room decorated with family photos and a comfy-looking ottoman.

Jools's favourite room in the house, however, is River's nursery, whose wooden floor and panelled walls show the house's historic style.

She has a professional interest in interior decor, having designed a range of children's clothing and furnishings called Little Bird for UK store Mothercare, in which she favours a cheerful rainbow motif.

Jools shared a glimpse into the chef's family dining arrangements in March, when she posted a shot of all five children eating dinner at a long wooden table with an industrial-style metal lightshade overhead.

It looks as if the traditional kitchen is a style she loves: back in 2015, she posted a shot of their kitchen at the time decorated for Valentine's Day with a garland of paper hearts. Another wooden table features, while in the background you can see a butler's sink and a classic cream-coloured Aga.

Jamie Oliver has been a celebrity chef since way back in 1999, when the first Naked Chef TV series debuted, and in that time he's amassed quite the fortune. The Sunday Times Rich List assessed his net worth in 2014 at approximately $418 million.
