The Block's Hans and Courtney welcome beautiful baby girl

Hans Baumgartner and Courtney Brown are parents! The former Blockheads revealed they've welcomed a baby girl named Ava.

"One week with our sweet Ava," the couple announced on their shared Instagram account on Saturday. They also shared an adorable photo of their newborn daughter.

They gave another look at Ava on their Instagram story.

Blockheads past and present congratulated the couple on Ava's arrival.

"Congratulations guys she's gorgeous," wrote 2020 Block winners Tess and Luke.

"Nawwww She's adorable," said Hayden and Sara.

"Congratulations Hans and Courtney! She is absolutely adorable!" commented Daniel and Jade from this year's season. "Sending hugs and kisses your way!"

Meanwhile, Courtney and Hans shared a special exchange with Season 12 winners Will and Karlie, who welcomed daughter Indigo Jade Kara Bethune in August.

"Our mini block girls," Will and Karlie wrote.

Hans and Courtney appeared on The Block Season 14, which aired in 2018. The engaged couple renovated The Gatwick Hotel along with Kerrie and Spence, Norm and Jess, Bianca and Carla and Hayden and Sara, who went on to win the season after making the biggest profit for their apartment.

Hans and Courtney still made a decent profit of $410,000 when their apartment sold for $2.770 million. They were the last couple to go to auction.

The couple kept their baby news under wraps until they went public on August 23, when they revealed they'd had a baby shower.

"Surprise we are having a baby 💗," they posted on Instagram alongside a slideshow of photos from the day. "What a wonderful day celebrating with our friends and family💗 6 weeks to go 💗."
