'No words': The Block All Stars Steph and Gian on how their lives have changed after $1.75 million win

EXCLUSIVE: When Steph and Gian won $1.75million on The Block, their lives as they knew it changed forever.

The young married couple from Sydney won the 2023 season of the reno show, and returned to screens this week as All Stars to share all their building wisdom with the 2024 couples.

The childhood sweethearts sat down with 9Entertainment to share what they've been up to since The Block and looked back on their journey.

"I have no words for how much it's changed our lives because we don't actually think we know our lives without The Block now," Steph reflected.

"And we don't want to because the trajectory it's set for us is amazing."

In the nine months that have passed since Steph and Gian's house sold at auction, the couple managed to launch their very own homewares and furniture brand named Japandi Estate.

"Our hard work has definitely paid off and it made it all worth it," Steph said.

"Since leaving the show we're on this new venture with our homewares business and sometimes you feel defeated and like you can't do things and then Gian would actually play our [auction].

"Because that's a reminder for us of where we were and where we can get to."

"You come off The Block feeling indestructible and it's weeks like that, that you come out to the real world and realise you can achieve anything," Gian added.

Steph and Gian were fan-favourites on their season of The Block taking out an impressive number of room wins and eventually broke records when their house sold for $5,000,000 – a whopping $1,650,000 over the property's reserve price of $3.35 million.

The property sold to billionaire Adrian Portelli.
