Erin Holland and cricketer beau Ben Cutting's Hamptons build is ready for auction

Former Miss Australia, TV presenter and model, Erin Holland, and her cricketer beau, Ben Cutting, have finalised the Brisbane home they built from scratch.

Cutting's latest build at 28 Stanton St, Cannon Hill, will go under the gavel this Saturday, at 11am, according to realestate.com.au.

The loved-up pair have been dating for more than three and a half years, and have shared snaps of the build progress on their social media.

Erin also posted an image gushing with pride over Cutting, saying "So proud of you and your second build," and that they're "ready for Auction on Saturday!!"

They bought the 405sqm land in May last year for $530,000 and built the charcoal and white Hamptons-style home from scratch.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with two car spaces has seen great interest from buyers, according to listing agent Glenn Bool of Place Bulimba, who says around 40 to 50 people inspected the pad.

The home is spacious, with an open-plan concept and lots of natural light. According to the listing, the "stunning kitchen features Caesarstone benchtops, walk-in pantry and a comprehensive selection of Westinghouse appliances."
