'Massive web of lies': Jesse and Mel hit back at copygate accusations

Mitch and Mark are accusing Jesse and Mel of copying the design of their apartment and the drama is just getting juicier.

The copygate scandal is about to blow up big time because Jesse is about to weigh in with his side of the story on Wednesday night's episode.

"Have you copied the design?" former Blockhead and radio host Jess Eva asks the St Kilda couple.

"Mitch and Mark can say what they want," Jesse fires back.

Another clip flashes to him and Mel during a video diary entry where he explains, "They spun this massive web of lies."

It turns back to Mitch, who hits back calmly with, "I'm not lying."

"Whose lies bring them undone?" questions a voice over.

The other teams are in their cars, appearing shocked as more unfolds on radio.

"You've been caught, now you look terrible on national television," declares Jesse.

But things don't look good for the couples in House 1 and House 5 as Mitch appears to confront Mel.

"The friendship I thought I had, it was just dust… I was a sucker," says the Bondi granddad.

Accusations of cheating and copying an apartment are huge to make and it looks like there's going to be a lot more talk between the teams before anything is resolved.
