This beautiful historic building was once the home to the Sisters of the Good Samaritan and is now on the market for $2.9m. Located in a tiny town called Koroit in Victoria, the current owner has been operating the converted convent as a luxury bed and breakfast.

The small town is positioned between Port Fairy and Warrnambool, about three hours’ drive from Melbourne. Owner Vivienne Porter told Domain the bed and breakfast – Saint Patrick’s Luxury Boutique Hotel - has been a popular weekender spot for Melbourne residents.

The former convent is on a 8182-square metre block and has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms in three separate wings. The current owners use one of the wings as their private residence.

The convent was built in 1906 and was sold in 1972 to a group of five Melbourne schools to be used as a school camp.
