The former convent is on a 8182-square metre block and has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms in three separate wings. The current owners use one of the wings as their private residence.
The convent was built in 1906 and was sold in 1972 to a group of five Melbourne schools to be used as a school camp.

Each bedroom is decorated in a different theme, with beautiful furnishings mostly sourced by Porter’s late mother who collected antiques.
