We're just hours away from hearing those words in the biggest Block event of the year, Auction Day!
Tonight, Sunday October 26 at 7pm, five teams will reunite to watch their Daylesford homes go under the hammer and a Block 2025 winner will be declared.

The five stunning homes have been given an equal price guide of up to $3.3 million each.
If all five homes sell according to their guide, that will be up to $16.5 million worth of property sold!
But with five identical floor plans this year, one tough decision remains for buyers: which house will attract the highest bid?
Lives will be changed and anything could happen, here's everything we know about the auction so far:
When are The Block Auctions?
The Block's Grand Finale Auction Day will air tonight Sunday October 26 at 7.00pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

What is the prize money on The Block?
The team that makes the most profit above reserve on Auction Day will take home an extra $100,000 prize money.
All teams will keep any money they make above reserve price on the sale of their house.

Since premiering on Channel 9 in 2003, The Block, Australia's richest reality program, has awarded a whopping total of $39,627,139.63 in prizemoney!
Safe to say, anything could happen.
As we prepare to find out the auction order and reserve prices, we do know that Sonny and Alicia have $50,000 knocked off their reserve after delivering their winning front yard and façade earlier this week.
What can we expect during Auction Day on The Block?
After a whirlwind 12 weeks, our Blockheads built brand new, architecturally designed homes in the picturesque town of Daylesford.
Now, it's time to find out who will be crowned winner of The Block 2025.
Emma and Ben (VIC), Han and Can (WA), Britt and Taz (WA), Sonny and Alicia (QLD), and Robby and Mat (SA) poured their hearts into creating perfect Daylesford homes.

In a mammoth twist this year, all five houses had identical floorplans meaning it will come down to every detail, finish and styling choice to attract the highest bidder and take out the competition.

This year also saw some major secret weapons to differentiate houses come Auction Day including secret wine cellars, a $50,000 pickleball court, Pilates studio, cinema room and the biggest challenge prize in Block history...
Nerves were sky-high during the 2023 Block auction. Nine
Yep, we're talking about House 4's $260,000 Titanium caravan which they won to sell with their house come Auction Day, alongside a brand new MG.
Judge Marty Fox pointed out if someone buys the house and doesn't want the caravan they could easily sell if off and cover their stamp duty. Interesting...
"Auction day is the most nerve-racking day of the year for me," said host Scott Cam.
"This is a life-changing weekend for our teams and they have all put in the effort to deserve an incredible result."
Who are the previous winners of The Block?
In a history-making grand finale last year, Newcastle sisters Maddy and Charlotte won The Block 2024 as the youngest-ever auction winners.

Maddy, 24, and Charlotte, 22, at the time walked away with $1,650,000 in prize money after billionaire bidder Adrian Portelli purchased their home for $3,500,000.
Their house sold for $3,500,000, a whopping $1,550,000 over the property's reserve price of $1,950,000.
Plus they took home the $100,000 in prize money.
