Maddy and Charlotte's Office and Rumpus Room
It was the "week of tears" for Maddy and Charlotte as they delivered their sitting room and rumpus – on top of all the hallways in their home!
They had a secret plan however, to include a 'guest retreat' in the mezzanine complete with its own separate exit.

With a last-minute door approval the girls hoped to pull off their "game-changing" weapon.
But would it be enough to wow the judges after their "vanilla" living room left them falling flat?

Heading into reveals, Scotty Cam questioned their absence of a dedicated work from home space. Being a holiday home, the girls didn't think their house needed it.
They did however include a custom-made desk!
"We want on Auction Day to have a reason the buyer will go 'Oh, their house is different' and not just aesthetically," said Maddy.
The sisters spent $38,835 on their two spaces this week and were very proud with what they pulled off.
"The chill, cosy, calm feeling – I feel like it ties into the rest of the house," said Charlotte.
"I love Joel Elliot's cabinets with the dowel feature wall as well."
But did the judges love it too?
Walking up the stairs, Shaynna Blaze let out an impressed breath. "Wowee," she said. "Wow, Wow."
Marty was stunned.
"What a room," he praised. "And that natural light – being able to look at this skylight the moment you walk in, doesn't feel hemmed in..."
"Even though it's got a lower ceiling than what we're used to down stairs, because we can see the sky, it actually feels very light and airy," Marty observed.
Back at HQ, Scotty noted that House 1 have copped a bit of flak the past few weeks because of their styling.
But style queen Shaynna thought this week they really got it right.
"The girls have listened to some of the styling tips and kept it a lost simpler," Shaynna praised them.
"The artwork choices, all the tones – it's in the cushions, it's in the throw, it's in the timber."
"It feels more cosy, it feels more intimate," Shaynna decided.
That couch sure looks cosy to us!
"How do you make a house feel so cosy when it's never been lived in?" Marty pondered.
Well, the girls seem to have the answer!
"I think the girls have nailed it," he said.
There's nothing like a candle to warm the space.
Is that a Darren Palmer candle we see?
Darren also had a big smile on his face as he walked over to the study area.
The girls not only had their entertainment cabinet custom made, but their desk too!
