'Are you ready?' Very special guest calls 'Tools Down' alongside host Scott Cam for the first time ever on The Block 2023

It was The Block's second last Room Reveal of the season, and host Scott Cam had a special surprise for the teams.

While most surprises relate to a challenge or giveaway, this one involved a very important guest.

"My mate Jordan here comes to us from the Make-A-Wish Foundation," began Scotty as he introduced The Block's newest little legend.

You can catch the heartwarming moment in the video above.

"Jordy's wish was to watch Tool Down," Scott continued.

But the host had bigger plans.

"I thought, bugger that, how about he does Tools Down. That would be better!"

With two minutes to Tools Down, all five teams were scrambling to finish their grand backyards and pools.

Scott and Jordan however, were counting down on Scotty's watch.

"Why are you running around?" Steph called out to her husband Gian back at House 4.

Because they now had 30 seconds left!

"It's bang on 9 o'clock, are you ready for this?" Scott asked Jordan.

It was an extra special moment for the host as Scott pointed out, "It's the first time anyone's called 'Tools Down' beside me".

Jordan was ready to go!

With a loud voice, right on Scotty's whistle cue, Jordan let out a big "Tools Down".
