Tensions come to a head as the truth about the '$50k scandal' is set to be revealed on The Block
Is this another Block cheating scandal or will it blow over? It seems like we will find out tonight as the fallout of the Grape Escape challenge comes to a head.
It comes after Ankur and Sharon weren't honest about Googling a wine recipe, an act that almost guaranteed their challenge win and saw them secure $50,000 worth of wine.
In an explosive sneak peek – which you can watch above – the truth about the "$50,000 scandal" is about to come out and there are some mixed reactions on site.

But it's not just the contestants House 3 have upset, Scott Cam is feeling betrayed too.
"They've lied to us… to our faces," we see him tell Shelley Craft. "Why don't they just own it?"

Instead of coming clean about their challenge antics, straight after the challenge Sharon and Ankur told the other teams they drank a lot of wine during lockdown, their reasoning as to why they were able to perfect the recipe.
Tonight this is set to be questioned.

From what the promo teases, it sounds like an intense night on The Block as lies, deception and an upset Scotty come to a head.
"You know how I feel about people lying to me," the host reveals.

And the idea of being lied to just isn't sitting right with him.
"I've just got something in my gut that says it's wrong," he adds.
It seems the Blockheads are also feeling up in arms over the matter.
