Of course both Jack and Courtney agreed on one big thing, the birth of their daughter

"Our biggest love of 2023 is little Penelope June popping into this world" Jack said.

But Courtney was very open about the challenges she had through her pregnancy through the year.

"My pregnancy was pretty rough, I was like a whole other person, I don't even know who she was….I'm calling her Karen for sure," Courtney began.

The new mum went on to say: "It's been a long year, very glad to leave it in the past….I'm glad we got a baby out of it but f--k me I don't want to be pregnant…."

Jack and Courtney are taking parenthood in their stride and are loving every minute of it.

Jack has been keeping busy too with his podcast Mind This Space, which focuses on mental health and the wellbeing of young men.

"It's a space where me and my guests talk openly, without judgement and also with a bit of fun. The subjects we cover are important to young men, their partners, their friends and their families," Jack said of the 9Podcasts project.

"I'm 28, a new dad, and I want to learn from the experiences of people I admire."
