Cheryl Maitland is engaged!
The former Married At First Sight bride shared the exciting news that she and Dean Gibbs are set to tie the knot in a lovely post on Instagram.

Flashing a shot of the new sparkler in the snap, the caption read, "Pop the champagne, she's changing her last name!"
The post was flooded with congratulatory messages from both of their followers and fellow MAFS stars.
"Omfgggggg how exciting," Ashley Irvin commented.
"Congratulations," Locky Gilbert wrote.
Jayne Azzopardi, who co-hosted Talking Married alongside Cheryl, commented, "Lovely news! Congratulations!!"
In the snap Cheryl is holding a glass of champagne while Dean holds her left hand, proudly showing off her engagement ring. It looks like quite a romantic moment for the pair, with red roses, rose petals and candles in the background.

Cheryl and Dean started dating in 2017 and have been together for five years.
The couple actually met years earlier, but lost contact, until he saw her on MAFS.
When Dean saw her on TV he decided to slide into her DMs to try and reconnect and start something off with her.
"He'd seen me on the show and just sent me a really long message, not really expecting anything. Then it just kind of… One thing led to another, I guess," she told NW in 2017.
"We're in love! I'm just, like. This is too good to be true!"
The 31-year-old appeared on Season 4 of MAFS, where she was initially matched with Jonathan Troughton. The couple failed to make it past the first Commitment Ceremony.
Cheryl was then allowed to continue in the experiment and given a second chance with fellow groom Andrew Jones, who had split from his bride earlier in the series.
Unfortunately the couple didn't form a connection and Cheryl was left heartbroken.

Since her time on MAFS Cheryl has stepped away from the spotlight, living a quiet life in Queensland.
After finding Dean, the former bride has shared plenty of loved-up snaps on Instagram, clearly smitten with this relationship.
She's also changed up her look in the years since MAFS.
In 2019 she had her lip filler dissolved, has since opted for lighter hair and in 2021 got porcelain veneers.
